We want you to love your Negative pieces, but if the fit isn't right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and hygienic liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

• 3.
  Drop Off Locally

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
